Join Rian Harris for a four-week journey to handstand that is designed to help you build the foundation for a strong handstand. In each one-hour learning session Rian will focus on things like proper alignment, training techniques and exercises to strengthen and open your body for inversion practice. Thanks to the limited class size, each participant will receive some one-on-one coaching from Rian to meet individual needs.
This workshop is for those who have handstand but desire a more stable and posturally correct handstand as well as those just beginning their handstand journey.
The handstand can be a challenging skill to master but you can unlock the power of your handstand! Explore your edge and discover your potential.
