Ashtanga Traditional Guided Full Primary with Larry Hobbs
The Ashtanga method was designed to purify the body and nervous system. This is done through a steady consistent count and flow that builds heat and results in a purifying sweat. The Guided practice is done at a specific pace that teaches students the count and flow of Ashtanga, builds stamina and produces heat from the inside that results in a good sweat.
