Back to School Boot Camp

Tanner and Jen are mashing up their Friday morning classes to create a killer Back to School Boot Camp. Now that the kids are back in school, it’s time to get back to your normal routine! We’re helping you kick it off with a bang with a two-hour bootcamp designed to help you sweat out your summer and get back to a space of self-care.
You never know what kind of challenges Tanner and Jen have up their sleeves but you can expect 90-minutes of sweaty flow and strength work followed by 30 minutes of deep stretch and relaxation.
These boot camps are physically challenging and intense but the environment is fun, friendly, encouraging and lighthearted. There are always tons of laughs to go along with all the sweat. ALL LEVELS WELCOME! Be strong yogis. You’ve got this!
