I began my yoga practice five years ago after years of doubting it would be challenging enough. Well, not only did I discover it is a kick ass workout, it also has brought a sense of peace, balance and calm I’ve never experienced. It didn’t take long before I became obsessed with yoga and the feelings practicing evoked.
I have been a stay at home mom for eight years. I have two wonderful little boys and love being at home with them. I did, however, feel a pull to do something else. With a degree in Health Promotion, I have always had a passion for wellness. Yoga plays a huge part in my overall wellness. Realizing this made me want to share this with others; both children and adults.
After completing my 200 hour RYT taught by the infamous Tanner Bazemore and Johnna Smith, I couldn’t wait to teach! I am now teaching children and adult yoga classes and feel totally in my element. I finally figured out what I wanted to be when I grew up!
