Yoga is a systematic and scientific practice. The results from practice are testable.  As a yoga practitioner and instructor, I regularly encourage students and myself to test the results of practice by asking questions.  Specifically:

The results of this simple inquiry explains why I practice.  Through practicing yoga, I feel more powerful & willing to live at cause – rather than at effect of life. By living from my true, authentic powerful self which is creative and strong, joy comes as a result. A regular yoga practice makes a HUGE difference in the quality of my life and I know it will yours too.
