Roots to Rise is a 4-week program designed to take you on a journey of self-exploration and education of the different practices of yoga. It is an inspirational and educational experience for all levels of yogis. The program consists of four different workshops and a 22-day practice challenge.
Y2 Teacher Meher Siddiqi will be your primary guide along with help from Y2 lead teachers Johnna Smith and Jen DeCurtins as you learn about the everything from the traditional roots of yoga to the contemporary practices of today. After the 4-week journey, you will be empowered with knowledge on breath, meditation, Iyengar yoga, Ashtanga yoga, inversions, Hot 26 practice and more.
