Join Johnna to tune up your practice, refine your movements and workshop the fundamentals for handstand, back bend and drop backs.
Experience one-on-one attention in this intimate workshop. You will meet once a week for three weeks in a small group environment. Participants will meet with Johnna prior to the start of the series to review your specific needs, goals, con- cerns, etc. This workshop provides the perfect chance for you to let go of limiting beliefs and bust out of plateaus in your practice.
In the early days of practice in Mysore, India ashtanga yoga was taught in a small room with a maximum of 12 students by the master of ashtanga, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. This is the perfect opportunity to deepen your own practice as you work closely with Johnna, our own Y2 guru.
Space is LIMITED to 10 students per time slot. Get your body buzzing mind at peace.
