What You Actually Get

This is where your practice gets real.

The Y2 200-Hour Teacher Training is built for people who want more from yoga—whether that means teaching one day or simply understanding their own practice on a much deeper level.

01

Practice With Purpose

Go beyond memorizing shapes. Learn why postures work, how to adapt them, and how to build a practice that supports the actual human doing it.

02

Find Your Teaching Voice

Learn sequencing, cueing, assists, rhythm, music, and how to lead a room with clarity rather than trying to sound like somebody else.

03

Join a Real Community

Train alongside people who are doing the work too—showing up, getting uncomfortable, asking better questions, and becoming more themselves.

See It For Yourself

Not your average teacher training.

This is an immersive, challenging, funny, honest, and deeply human experience. Watch the film, then get on the list for Winter.

From The People Who Did It

Life-changing is a big phrase. They used it anyway.

I came to Y2’s teacher training thinking I knew yoga. The training cracked something open. Y2 didn’t just train me to teach yoga. It gave me a foundation for everything.
Amy Stevens
I learned so much from Tanner, Johnna and Rian. They are the dream team when it comes to teacher training. I’d recommend this training to anyone looking to better themselves, their practice, or become an instructor.
Tatum Aitken
The Y2 Teacher Training was life changing—thorough across the physical practice, theology, and history of yoga, and taught by experts every step of the way.
