Session 1 : Starter Kit
Everything you need to start Ashtanga Yoga (yes, even if you've been practicing Ashtanga for a while, YOU STILL NEED THIS)
Session 2 : Pick it Up & Take it Back... Again & Again!
You will learn how to float. Dive deep into the ritual & mastery of Ashtanga Yoga.
Session 3 : Half-Way Through Primary Series!
Get the deets you NEED for the hamstring & hip-openers, plus, you'll be introduced to the twists of Primary Series.
Session 4 : Sadhana, Your Practice for Vitality
Our final session sets the stage for you to have a practice you can take with you anywhere. It is now yours.
Yea, we are going to cover the basics, but there’s nothing basic about you or Ashtanga Yoga so get your ass to this class!
