Each of us practice yoga for a variety of reasons.  Some physical.  Some are emotional.  Getting stronger?  Losing weight?  Gaining more flexibility?  Increasing your overall level of calmness and well-being?  We’re betting many of these sound familiar, and relatable.  

But, do you ALL of the benefits you are receiving from yoga that you don’t get from other forms of exercise?   Let’s face it, more than ever, time is a precious commodity, so each of us need to always use it wisely.  Yoga allows you to check MULTIPLE BOXES all at the same time, such that you can maximize your productivity.
