DESCRIPTION

This class features our signature Y2-style flow. You’ll move through a 25-minute warm-up followed by core strengthening work. The standing series comes next and it includes a minimum of 14 postures that you’ll find in every Y2 class. Class wraps up with floor work and stretching. Class is heated.

Y2 double Shot In-Studio

About the class

DESCRIPTION

Kick it up a notch with this fast-pace flow. We double up the standing series to give you a chance to tackle every pose twice, adding in modifications or variations as is appropriate for your own personal practice. This class is cardiovascularly intense so we harness the power of the breath to slow you down but fire your practice up. Expect to move with your breath, crank out some core work, and settle in to a hard-earned savasana at the end. Class is heated.

Y2 Quickie: 45 Minutes!

Y2 Super Flow In-Studio

DESCRIPTION

Let it flow. Intermediate yogis looking to push beyond their physical limits find their way to this intense, vinyasa-style class with core work, backbends and floor work. The pace is fast, and instruction is minimal so we recommend a good understanding of each asana. This class challenges your endurance, cardiovascular system, and mental control with a cleverly designed triple flow sequence: (Round 1) standard poses (Round 2) advanced variation options (Round 3) rapid flow, one breath per movement. Class is heated. 

Y2 Not AS HOT LSD (Long, Slow, Deep)

DESCRIPTION

Welcome to Y2’s version of deep stretch. This restorative class takes you through a modified, power vinyasa flow for the first 15-20 minutes before coming to the floor. Once on the floor, you will explore your practice by holding longer poses (approximately 2 to 4 minutes each), to increase not only your flexibility and range of motion but also improve your mind-body connection. This class is very warm. Temperatures typically range between 85 and 90 degrees. 

Y2 LSD (Long Slow Deep) In-Studio

About the class

DESCRIPTION

Welcome to Y2’s version of deep stretch. This restorative class takes you through a modified, power vinyasa flow for the first 15-20 minutes before coming to the floor. Once on the floor, you will explore your practice by holding longer poses (approximately 2 to 4 minutes each), to increase not only your flexibility and range of motion but also improve your mind-body connection. This class is heated. Temperatures typically range between 85 and 95 degrees.

Half Shot is taught in our same signature Y2-style yoga, but you’ll flow a bit slower. Class includes a 25-minute warm-up flow that is followed by core strengthening. The standing series will be taught at a pace that allows you to become familiar with the postures you’ll encounter in every Y2 class. You’ll wrap up with floor work and stretching. This class is heated.
