Which class should I take first?

Great question! You can take ANY CLASS on the schedule! Of course, there is a learning curve, but if have been regularly exercising and can listen to your bodies queues to take breaks, then you will find our classes challenging but fun!
Yoga is like a buffet: there is a lot offered, but it doesn’t mean you have to put everything on your plate!
Remember, you can take breaks or leave the room to cool down whenever you like! You will have absolutely no idea what’s going on during your first class (or first 2-3), and that’s OKAY, neither did we! Just like children, we have learned a lot by mimicking (monkey see, monkey do). No one in class will judge you for not knowing, but we promise, after the first couple of classes you will get into a groove, start to flow, and get lost in your breath; and that’s where change happens.
