One Challenge a Month Could Save Your Life

Life is already hard.

We know, we know. Calm down. Don’t let the title of this blog scare you. Adding more to your already packed plate might scare you. However, doing that might just make this a little easier, and more simple for you. It’s time to kick it up a notch. Let us explain why adding one challenge to your list of to do’s each month will help you improve your life overall.

  1. You grow as a person. The more you improve, the better you’ll become. If you’re getting better each month, the level of difficulty your everyday challenges are will soon start too decrease. Those impossible tasks won’t feel so impossible anymore now that’s you’ve kicked it up a notch and made yourself stronger.
  2. You gain awareness, knowledge, & skills.
  3. You’ll become healthier mentally & physically. Think about how proud of yourself you will be once you start completing goals each month that you’ve been wanting to complete for years! They don’t have to be big things. But the appreciation you’ll have for yourself will do incredible things for your mental health. And, you know we are all about that mind body connection so if you’re feeling good on the inside, it’s going to effect how you feel physically. Trust us.
  4. Become a better friend/parent/significant other/etc. You can’t give energy/love/encouragement/time/ANYTHING to anyone else without first giving it to yourself. If you’re growing and improving, what you have to offer is growing and improving as well.
