  • Absolutely the best yoga studio in Charlotte! My flexibility has gotten so much better since practicing at Y2. I do a lot of weight lifting and CrossFit and yoga is like a reward for all that hard work. I call it a kiss for my body! It has improved my sleep patterns and overall mood. I can’t say enough positive things about the instructors! All amazing teachers with such vivid energy. I learn something new every time I take a class, even if it is just a message. I came to Y2 for mobility and it has become so much more valuable than just that. The new studio is super clean and will absolutely spoil you! Yoga heaven!!

  • I drive 40 minutes to Y2 yoga and it is well worth the trip. The instructors are incredible, eclectic and, fun. Where else can you do mountain climber while listening to Kanye!! Love love love!
