Since completing her 200 hour Teacher Training in 2016, Erin has taught over 750 hours in the Charlotte yoga community. She has studied various yoga styles and sequencing formats while also making it a part of her continued education to attend classes and workshops at various studios from different instructors to learn and experience yoga from as many perspectives as possible.
Erin is also a Registered Dietitian. Her passion for helping others discover their healthiest, best life inspired her to create a business, Planks & Pizza, focused on empowering her clients to discover a balanced lifestyle that is flexible, fun and rewarding – aka, “balance their planks with a little pizza.”
Erin graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Journalism and minor in Spanish. She received her M.S. in Nutrition from Winthrop University after working six years in marketing and realizing she wanted to take things in a different direction.
