Jane has always had an interest in exercise, health, and wellness leading her to earn her degree in Exercise Science. Her original passion in life is dance, and she has been fortunate enough to dance professionally for years.
While in the dance world she personally experienced and witnessed many unhealthy diet and exercise tricks in order to maintain a certain appearance. After stepping away a bit from dance she began her career in fitness, health, and nutrition. In order to fully understand truly how the body works and develop a healthy relationship with food she’s constantly learning and researching. She’s now a certified personal trainer, exercise physiologist, yoga instructor, and nutritionist.
When not at Y2 she runs her own personal training business, spends time with her husband, and her four fur babies.
