  • Absolutely the best yoga studio in Charlotte! My flexibility has gotten so much better since practicing at Y2. I do a lot of weight lifting and CrossFit and yoga is like a reward for all that hard work. I call it a kiss for my body! It has improved my sleep patterns and overall mood.   • I have tried yoga a handful of times over the years, but despite my desire to ‘get into it’, I just couldn’t take to it. Late this summer, a friend convinced me to come to a class at Y2, and I’ll be honest, I went because I didn’t want to miss out on the social gathering planned for afterwards. I LOVED it.   • Come to Y2 Yoga prepared to grow physically and spiritually on your yoga mat. The community – teachers and students alike – is vibrant, welcoming, compassionate and courageous. The asanas are challenging, but the experienced teachers offer alternatives for all levels. The often intense heat and upbeat music are distinctively Y2 – not to be missed. Plan to stay a while in the beautiful Y2 facility – the massage services, retail boutique, and Namastay Kitchen also are amazing!
