Exercise has always been an outlet in Niki’s life. She began doing yoga as a way to compliment her love of running. Niki says that her daily yoga practice helps her achieve more than just a healthy body, she also discovers peace of mind.
Niki is the proud mom to three amazing children. She credits yoga with giving her the energy to keep up with them! Life can be hectic, but it is so important to make time for your own physical and mental health. “Yoga is where I take time to quiet my mind and recharge my soul. It’s rare to catch me without a smile on my face, my mat truly is my happy place.”
Niki completed her 200-hour teacher training with Maria Lages and Johnna Smith at Om Yoga in May 2015. She loves teaching yoga because it connects her with others and allows her to share her passion.
