  • Come to Y2 Yoga prepared to grow physically and spiritually on your yoga mat. The community – teachers and students alike – is vibrant, welcoming, compassionate and courageous. The asanas are challenging, but the experienced teachers offer alternatives for all levels. The often intense heat and upbeat music are distinctively Y2 – not to be missed. Plan to stay a while in the beautiful Y2 facility – the massage services, retail boutique, and Namastay Kitchen also are amazing!

  • Y2 Yoga is a studio where you can be your FULLEST SELF. All the crazy, loud, sweet, delicate, parts of you are honored and challenged in class. I love practicing there! I’ve practiced at other studios and always leave feeling like something is missing, physically. Y2’s sequencing is intelligently composed to open all areas of the body. They have THE BEST teachers too! The energy is vibrant and awakening. I always leave having had a blast, and having learned something about myself. Love it!
