Shanna Small has been practicing Yoga since 2002 and teaching since 2008. Her background is in the Ashtanga tradition and she has studied at KPJAYI, the school for Ashtanga, in India. She completed her Power Vinyasa training in January 2008.
Shanna Small is the director of the Y2 Ashtanga program as well as a teacher of Y2’s signature flow. Shanna teaches a class that challenges the perceived limitations of the body and the mind. She runs the Ashtanga Yoga Project, an information hub for living the yoga lifestyle in the modern world.
