300-Hr Yoga Teacher Training

Have you completed your 200-hour teacher training certification? Are you hungry for more and ready to keep learning, growing and serving? We’re excited to announce a new 300-hour teacher training to put you on the path to 500-hour RYT…and your best self!

300hrWe are a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS) and offer Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) trainings. We have completed five trainings and graduated over 100 yogis from our 200-hour program. In 2016 we will host our inaugural 300-hour training.

Here is a brief outline of our 300-hour program. Please email tanner@y2yoga.com for more information or questions.

Y2 300-Hour Teacher Training Overview

From the radical self inquiry of the 200 hr level we now collaborate and take conscious action out into the world as a community. We will contribute to individuals and communities in need, by sharing the powerful tools and techniques of Y2 Yoga. When the timeless principles of Yoga are practiced, we believe that our struggles can be transcended, bringing light to darkness.

O seeker, know the true nature of your soul,
and identify yourself with it completely.
O Lord, (may we attain) the everlasting consciousness
of Supreme Light and Joy.
May we resolve to dedicate our life
to the service of humankind,
and uplift them.
(Yajur Veda)

“Today’s society is waiting for selfless, spiritually enlightened, well-balanced leaders to guide them in how to live happily here and hereafter. Such leaders or reformers will not come from outside our society. They have to be born, raised, and trained right in our own society. We are the ones to become our own guides, our own leaders, and we are the ones to enlighten our own lives. Get up, my friends, arise: attain knowledge, and dedicate your life to the service of your fellow beings.” Swami Rama
