What to do if Y2 Vanishes

October 22, 2019 Posted by Y2 Yoga Blog

Don’t worry, we aren’t going anywhere.

This is just for fun. A mere survival guide to live your Y2 lifestyle to the fullest. We would never leave you.

However, for the heck of it, let’s pretend we were to just vanish in 5 days… and you knew it was going to happen. What should you do??? How should you experience the best Y2 possible? Well, here’s what you should do:

Day 1: Take two classes in a row. Now, we don’t mean two heated Double Shots back to back. We mean first take one of our power flow classes (Single, Double, or Straight Shot), then, take an LSD (long, slow, deep) class. We like to call this the PERFECT yoga combo. OR, take a Y2 Strength class, then a power flow class. These two duos are always win win situations.

Day 2: Buy a brand new pair of LuLu leggings, a matching sports bra, and a Y2 Yoga tank (all can be found in our retail area), and take a heated 75 min Single or Double Shot flow. Afterwards, rinse off, and head over to Bistro la Bon, the restaurant that is connected to Y2.

Day 3: Ever taken a 6am class? Now’s the time to try it out. Set your alarm, rise and shine, and experience peace within the studio at 5:45am just before class starts. Not to worry though, we have a coffee machine at our front desk. With cream & sugar 😉

Day 4: No matter what, take a Johnna class. You’ll need her words of wisdom and love to get through the inevitable hard time of not having your favorite yoga studio around to comfort you in your times of need.

Day 5, your final day: Take no other than, Tanner Bazemore’s heated Double Shot class. What a way to end it. The reason why we are so successful today. It all started with Tanner’s powerful vinyasa flow that will surely make you sweat enough to live without Y2………. well for a few days maybe.

Just remember, we aren’t leaving. Take a few deep breaths. We’ll see you in class.

Namaste,

Y2
