Y2 YOGA 101
Y2 101 is for all levels - this workshop with demystify Y2 Yoga flow so that you have the knowledge to build a stronger more easeful practice.
Day 1 will cover warm up, breathing, and abs. Day 2 will cover standing sequences, heart openers and closing options. Both days will build on your fundamental knowledge of the purpose of the postures and flows.
