Benefits of Our 200-Hour Teacher Training Program
Our 200-Hour Teacher Training program offers a comprehensive curriculum that covers various aspects of yoga, including Power yoga, Ashtanga yoga, meditation techniques, and more. Through this program, students will deepen their understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and the art of assisting to become well-rounded yoga teachers. The hands-on approach in our training ensures that students not only learn about yoga theory but also gain practical experience in teaching and assisting classes.
In addition, our program provides a supportive learning environment with experienced teachers like Johnna Smith, who bring their expertise and passion for yoga to the training.
