I’m new to yoga. Can I still take classes at Y2?
Absolutely. Our classes are open to all levels, and our instructors are trained to offer modifications and guidance to meet you where you are. Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
What should I bring to class?
Bring a yoga mat, a towel, and a water bottle. Be ready to move, sweat, and challenge yourself. If you don’t have a mat, we offer rentals at the studio.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothes that allow you to move freely. Since many of our classes are heated and physically active, moisture-wicking fabrics are recommended.
Do you offer heated classes?
Yes, many of our classes are heated to enhance flexibility, boost endurance, and help you work deeper into each pose. Temperature details are included in class descriptions.
How do I sign up for a class?
You can sign up online through our website or mobile app. We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot, especially during peak hours.
Can I just drop in?
Yes, drop-ins are welcome if space is available. However, we encourage online booking to guarantee your spot and save time at check-in.
What if I’m running late?
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early. If you’re late, we allow a short grace period, but entry is not guaranteed once class has started to maintain a distraction-free environment.
Do you offer memberships or class packages?

Is there parking available?

What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that you cancel your reservation at least 2 hours before class to avoid a late cancellation fee. This helps us manage class capacity and gives others a chance to practice.
