How Clients Initiate Cancellations
Clients can initiate a cancellation anytime by following these steps.
- Select the “Manage Account” button in the top right corner.
 - Select “Your Credits & Plans”
 - Navigate to the plan you wish to cancel
 - Select the three dots menu
 - Select “Cancel Plan”
 - Choose the Reason for cancellation
 - You may add additional comments regarding the request
 - Select “Cancel Plan”
 
Once submitted, the studio will receive an email notification. Management will cancel your plan.
