Face Your Fears Handstand Workshop
Friday, July 17 from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
In this workshop Kerri Verna invites us to explore and approach handstands in a playful manner.
We will be focusing on core and arm strength in a fun and interactive way. We will be on our hands balancing learning to be a kid again. Kerri’s handstand drills will get your heart pumping and her tips for success will change the way you may be approaching your handstand practice. This class is taught for all levels of practitioners.
Inversions and Core Strength Workshop
Saturday, July 18 from 1-3 p.m.
In this workshop Kerri will teach you how to strengthen and engage the core in your yoga practice. She will share all her tips and tricks to unlocking the strength of the core while learning how to balance upside-down! Kerri’s light-hearted approach to advanced asana postures will inspire you to try things you thought you would never do. This workshop is for ALL levels of practitioners.
