Class Reservation & Check-In Policy

Late Cancellation. Please cancel your class at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before class will incur a $5 late cancellation fee.

No Show. If you reserve a class and do not attend, a $5 no-show fee will apply.

Class Check-In. Whether you pre-enroll or add your name at the front desk iPad, you must also tap the “Check In” box next to your name.

Your name must be on the class roster and checked in before class begins.

Staff will not check you in. If you are not checked in, Walla will automatically mark you as a no-show, and the applicable fee may be charged.
