Yoga Thru the Ages: Facts & Fictions
July 11-13
Friday 6pm-9pm
Saturday/Sunday 8am-6pm
Do yoga postures date back millennia, centuries, or to the 20th and 21st centuries? Was the Buddha a yogi? When did yoga reach the U.S.? This fast-paced tour through 5000+ years of texts, teachers, and traditions will help sort fact from fiction and explore yoga’s evolving history. Studying the past is both illuminating and an expression of yoga.

Michael Gannon- Full Series

Michael Gannon- Energetic Anatomy Chakra Meditation
Yoga’s simple power of just breathing and flowing can become a moving meditation on its own. These practices can then prepare us to move into the stillness of an even deeper, seated meditative state (Dhyana). This night, Gannon will take us on an energetic ride, awakening the subtle body. We will sustain this light, energetic awareness in a guided chakra meditation. If your week at work or home has been stressful and making your mind rampant, this meditation will scrub the mind clean, setting the tone for a relaxing weekend. All levels are welcome.
This workshop is non-refundable.
