7/11/25 Weekend 3 Marcy Goldstein: Yoga Thru the Ages: Facts & Fictions

This whirlwind tour through 5000+ years of texts, teachers, and traditions will sort through romanticized rumors, facts, and (mis/dis) information in yoga’s past and ever-changing modern moment. Studying history is illuminating and empowering and is itself an expression of yoga. This weekend will place in a timeline topics from the other 300-hour modules.

Get ready to blend ancient wisdom with modern neuroscience, practical tools, and the soulful, embodied approach you love.
